Be very open that there is no user manual before they purchase the product.
Rick – although there is no current manual, I diligently answer all support requests personally. If you ever run into issues or have any questions, please open a support request. If you have suggestions or ideas, share them as you did here.
In fact, there will not be a formal user manual as this would actually be less flexible than continuing to add knowledge base articles and make it easy for users to search through support.
