I am trying to determine if GATC at top of client's page is affecting overall download time vs. at the bottom of the page. What do the Time and Latency metrics I see in the sidebar mean, exactly? Thank you, Peter.

Here is an overview

Time: When in the execution sequence the tag fired

Latency: How long it took to execute the tag

So it will tell you when the tag fired and how long it took to execute
